This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and defines the procedure for processing, storing, using and protecting the personal data of users of the website https://vinven.com.ua/

The website https://vinven.com.ua/ (hereinafter — the "Website") belongs to Vinven (Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka, Kyiv region, Ukraine; hereinafter — "Company", "we") — a manufacturer and installer of metal structures.

By using the Website, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please stop using the Website.

2.1. "Website Administration" — authorised representatives of the Company who manage the Website and process personal data, determine the purpose of processing and the composition of data subject to processing.

2.2. "Personal Data" — information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

2.3. "Processing of Personal Data" — any action or set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination, anonymisation, destruction of personal data, including through information systems.

2.4. "Consent of the Data Subject" — a voluntary expression of will by an individual to grant permission for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of processing.

2.5. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" — a mandatory requirement to prevent the dissemination of personal data without the consent of the data subject or without another legal basis.

2.6. "User" — a person who accesses the Website via the Internet and uses it.

2.7. "Cookies" — a small piece of data stored by the user's browser and sent to the web server with each request to the Website.

2.8. "IP Address" — a unique network address of a device in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

Through the contact form on the Website, the Company may receive the following data:

• Attached files (drawings, photos, diagrams)

When visiting the Website, the following technical data may be automatically recorded: IP address, browser type and version, date and time of access.

By submitting the form, the User grants the Company permission to process the specified data for the purpose of preparing a response and maintaining communication, including via messengers, email or phone.

Personal data is processed exclusively for:

• Responding to your request and preparing a commercial proposal
• Contacting you regarding order details (phone, email, messengers)
• Fulfilling contractual obligations

The legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The Company does not send marketing communications without the User's separate consent. The Website Administration has the right to interact with the User via direct contact through messengers, email and social networks.

Requests submitted through the form are delivered to the Company's internal secure channel. We do not maintain a public contact database on Website servers. Files are stored exclusively in the internal corporate space and are not published.

All User data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of its processing — until the request is resolved, but no longer than 3 years, unless otherwise stipulated by a contract.

The Company takes all necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying or dissemination. The Website uses HTTPS for secure data transmission.

The Company does not guarantee absolute protection against threats that may arise outside its infrastructure.

Users' personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except for the technical services required to process requests:

• Email (SMTP service) — form submissions are sent to the Company's corporate email via a secure mail server.
• Telegram Messenger Inc. — requests are duplicated to the Company's internal bot channel. Telegram may process metadata in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — for website traffic analysis. Google may process technical data (IP, on-site behaviour) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Data is used exclusively in aggregated form and does not allow identification of a specific individual.
• Competent government authorities — only upon lawful request in accordance with applicable legislation.

In other cases, personal data is transferred to third parties only at the request of the data subject or if another legal basis exists.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent to processing at any time
• Receive data in a portable format

The Website uses the following types of cookies:
